Small Quad Separation
A bit of small quad separation. Gonna be doin legs more. Right now, I can squat 275 4 reps and haven't gone any higher yet.
Can do 5 plates on each side on the leg press for a good 8 reps full length. Trying my best to stick to the diet.

Simple Dinner
