Can't do any lifting with my left hand (pressing motions) due to a basketball thumb sprain injury. It's been almost 3 months now? Maybe a bit more...
Yet, it still has some pain and I can't put pressure on it. (At Least enough to want to lift...)
So I've been running and working legs as much as I could and some deadlifts and pulling motions for weights.
Calf exercises,
- 10 reps Heels in/Out (360 lbs total)
That's 4 plates on each side.
